1. Return and Exchange Policy
The return or exchange request should be placed within 3 hours after the delivery by filling up the details on help center which will be resolved in 7 days including successful pickup and deliver of new one
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.

Robolab is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
